We have completed, submitted and our application is currently pending for tax exemption with the IRS and California Franchise Tax Board. Any donations made at this time are not currently tax deductible. If we are successful with our IRS 1023 application any donations going back to our date of incorporation(Nov 2, 2025) may be retroactively tax deductible, but we can’t guarantee this. We will notify donors when we receive a determination letter from the IRS and FTB. For legal guidance please consult an attorney.
